Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wiindy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Use of Service & Accounts

Wiindy provides educational content via mobile application and home screen widgets.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Restrictions: You agree not to scrape, copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary learning tracks, curriculum, or interface.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium").

• Billing: Payments are processed via the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds: All refund requests must be processed through Apple. Wiindy does not directly manage or issue refunds for App Store transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (text, curriculum, graphics, logos, and code) are the exclusive property of Wiindy and its licensors. Your use of the Service grants you no right or license to reproduce or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• "As-Is": The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the educational content.
• Liability: In no event shall Wiindy or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us directly at support.wiindy@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date.
